Haw to make rice crispy chreets!

2 cups of marshmallows. 1 table spoon of butter. 2 cups of cheerios. 1 teaspoon of food coloring.  Then mix. Then melt 1/4 of a cup of chocolate chips. Drizzle on it. Then sprinkle some star sprinkles on top and frizzy every thing.
